We loved how close it was to the arena. The staff was very nice. The back sitting area had trash suiting in the trash can etc for both days we stayed there. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located near the arena, just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, however the A/C could be kinda loud, the water pressure was alright and the shower floor could get very slippery. But overall it was a nice stay. I would definitely stay here again if I attend an event at the arena.

Check your bank account before leaving
I was double charged for my room, one being more expensive that the room stay itself. I only noticed because I happened to check my bank account before pulling away. When I asked the front desk about it they said everyone was charged twice due to an error with the night batch but did not tell me anything at all when I was checking out which is suspicious. I asked when will my refund happen and they had no idea. Now I have to go back and forth with them to get my money back. Other than that the stay was fine I guess.

Elevators are way past due for inspection and there is no option to take stairs… made my stay very nerve wracking. Pluming in room was not the best, toilet was slow to flush and the door to bathroom would not shut. Staff however was friendly and the location was great for seeing a concert at the arena.

This hotel is a bit worn but it is clean and the bed was comfy. Morning breakfast buffet should be self-serve. Partial service was confusing.

The breakfast buffet was awful. You were only allowed 1 drink. We attempted to eat at 830a Half the stuff was gone. I didnt get coffee until i was half done eating. Not a good experience.
