Went for my 10 yeat anniversary. Enjoyed the falls and esort. Pool and hot tub were nice. Short stay went by quick already plannng a longer second trip.

Check-in is supposedly at 4PM. Our group traveled eight hours from NYC and once we arrived, our rooms were not ready. The rooms were reserved and paid for in full seven months in advance and the excuse we were given from the front desk receptionist was that house keeping was not done cleaning the rooms and that we would have to wait until the rooms had cleared inspection. I then asked if the rooms could be changed and she said our rooms were already selected for our stay. Mind you, other folks checking in were easily given room keys while we were waiting for ours. Eventually I spoke with the manager who finally gave us the room keys but advised that house keeping stated they were on break and had not finished the room inspection and that if we were to accept the room keys it would be at our own risk. At 6PM, we were given the room keys. One of the rooms were located directly next to the elevator, needless to say, we couldn't get any sleep. If this is the everyday treatment of their customers, I would not recommend this hotel and casino at all.

I would give this property 5 stars if not for the horrible cigarette smell everywhere. We only stay one night but I m glad we didn’t book for the second night . I couldn’t sleep all night from the bad nicotine smell in the room . Funny thing is that the bathroom didn’t smell with cigarettes. That the only issue we have and the bad one for me . My advise if you don’t smoke don’t come here .

Loved the free valet parking. Loved the availability of outside valet services to be taken to and picked up to the area destinations such as the Canada bridge. I wish there were more restaurants and shops near the casino... i like and prefer options.

Our room was great and the view was amazing. We knew housekeeping did not clean the rooms daily, but they never replenished room amenities like coffee, cups or garbage bags. Our jet tub in the room was missing buttons so we thought it was broke, Maintenance did come and say it was fine however we missed out on using it the first night.

Rooms need some updating. Needs microwave and. TV remotes need to be replaced. No exhaust fan in bathroom, or if there was did not work. Room with a view was not very scenic, on 20th floor was told view of the falls, no view, could only see the mist. Lobby smelled strongly of smoke. I realize smoking casino is just off the front doors, but very strong smoke odor just as you walk in.and restaurants were not open or ridiculously priced.

We loved staying in this beautiful hotel!!! Everything was spectacular from the room to the staff. ONLY issue we had is that we were there on a Tuesday and all the restaurants were so crowded and understaffed that the lines to get in were very long and they simply couldn’t accommodate everyone who wanted to eat.

We had booked 2 adjoining rooms. We only received one room for our stay. After speaking with 8 unprofessional and almost rude employees I’m still dealing with trying to get refunded on a room we never received. Absolutely ridiculous. I should be refunded IMMEDIATELY!

I would like to give more than three starts of it wasnt for the 2 issues I had. Upon arrival, I checked the bed/ sheets, immediately I had to call housekeeping to get the sheets and pillow case on one of the beds b/c there were stains. They were quick to address the issue. Then I noticed the night stand was not wipped, there was something sticky on it. I didn't call Housekeeping anymore as this is something I could take care of myself. However, this made me wonder how much cleaning was actually done prior to our arrival. Room service was fast and the food was decent. We liked their pool area,it was open for adult until 10pm.

Our stay was comfortable but the dining options were an issue. Multiple restaurants were closed during our stay. Additionally, most of the staff were not very friendly. There were very few smiles and not much in the way of enjoying what they were doing.
