The front desk and parking team/valets were amazing and went above / beyond to help with some tricky logistical issues involving a large U-Haul. So appreciated the entire staff at this location!

Myself and a friend were in town for a few days to enjoy a concert. Once we arrived to the hotel we were able to check in earlier than the usual check in time but checking took well over 40 minutes. Initially we were told that the card reader needed to be rebooted but then we were informed that there was a bigger IT issue that the front desk had not much control over. While I waited to check in the front desk staff was very apologetic and did their best to try and speed the process up. Camden issued us complimentary alcohol beverage passes for the inconvenience and reminded us how sorry they were for the wait. Once we were finally able to check in the Operation Manager Kenyatta went out her way to call up to the room to check in on us once again. So I will say that although it was a rough patch getting check in the overall stay of the hotel was amazing. It wasn’t super crowded. We were able to keep our car valet at the front door for easier access, the hotel was clean and the everything was easy to find.

Great stay at Hyatt Centric
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking in the garage was a hassle. Next time I will use valet. Location of property and value for room size, amenities can’t be beat. Interior of hotel and specifically rooms and bathrooms were on par with ritz Carlton and four seasons, but for 50-75% of the cost. Thumbs up on Hyatt Centric.

I booked through a third party and when i got to the hotel the front desk girl would not answer any of my questions. Like how much she charged my vard for. The next morning the new person was able to tell me. There were alot of other customer service issues but mainly i was upset because there was no supervisor at night or daytime. I was told it wasnt busy enough to have a supervisor. The girl on night shift had an attitude and was no help at all.

Great alternative to Loews for conferences!
Great hotel! Had to attend a conference at Loews hotel which was just one easy block away. Great staff team, very attentive and welcoming. Valet park your car. They are very fast. Restaurant staff were also amazing.
