Came in with my toddler for the night before an early morning flight. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was really diverse and good! My only complaint is that the hot water never got hot so I had to take a pretty cold shower which wasn’t so great.

Average stay.
Check-in was great, very friendly woman at the front desk. Room looked good but the bathroom floor was dirty, place didn’t feel as clean as I would hope. Sink stopper was stuck, called the front desk, they said they would send someone, that didn’t happen. Bed was uncomforable, mattress was lumpy. Stay was for one night during a long layover so didn’t have much time and just made due.

Not my worst hotel stay, but definitely a close second! Check-in was smooth thanks to the nice lady at the desk, but things fell apart fast. The business center computers were down, and when I asked the front desk for help as instructed, I got a halfhearted response. Then, my TV went out at 9 pm. After calling down, I was told someone would come up to fix it but an hour and 15 minutes later, no one showed. When I called again, I was told I’d need to switch rooms if I wanted a working TV. By then, I was in bed, unpacked, and in my PJs, so I just said “forget it.” Not even an apology from the staff, just an “OK” and zero interest in helping.
