The valet parking at $60 per day and no other choice is ridiculous. No food places open until 4pm, so you’re stuck eating awful pizza and snacks from the once single cafe open of the 4 restaurants on the property! WiFi in our room did not work, called for assistance so my husband could work, it worked for 10 minutes then went out again, so no TV option either. We were then charged $10 per day for WiFi. Need water??… $4 a bottle if you touch the one in the room. Lights in the dressing area didn’t work but we had already called twice, once to clean the dirty room upon arrival and 2nd for the WiFi, so to not be a pain we decided to just go without the lighting. Nice having a balcony but no seating available outside. Beautiful style hotel but very outdated. Staff was not friendly and gave minimal direction when it came to using the valet service. Was very frustrated with our stay and Atlanta itself is just a dirty city, literally had human feces just left on the side walk! Will never stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very convenient location, rooms were very nice and clean, & the hotel had everything you needed and more inside. Only downside was the walls between rooms are paper thin and unfortunately you can hear everything your neighbors were saying, even at 2 am.. Other than that, we really enjoyed this hotel!

Nice but pricey extras
The property is nice but we won’t be staying there again. Everything is so expensive! Staying in the city is expensive but it’s around $60 to park for the night at the hotel. At first their garage was full then the valet people agreed to take our car, if not we’d have to park about a block away in a shady garage. Buffet for breakfast for 2 people was $65. Options for breakfast were good but we waited over 15 minutes for our check after asking for it 3 times. The hostess and waiters were very overwhelmed but they don’t bring you anything so…? We were on the 4th floor and if it wasn’t for the sound machine we brought you’d hear everything down in the street. They had a nice gift shop but after 2 water bottles and 3 small packages of snacks we spent $33.
