Hard Pass! Don’t Believe the Reviews!!
The carpet was FILTHY in my room. It needs to be replaced with carpet that isn’t so light so that it shows every stain. I had also been using a hand towel many times before I noticed it had a giant yellow stain on it. One of my bath towels also had blood stains along the edge. I got stuck in Atlanta because of the whole Delta debacle and called the front desk to try to extend my reservation for another day. They were SO unhelpful and told me just to do it online. The online rates were much higher than they had quoted me so I ended up just moving to another hotel. Finally, a couple hours after I checked out I realized I had left my Kindle on the bed. I called the hotel to see if housekeeping had turned it in and they hadn’t. I was so disappointed that they would be so dishonest as to steal my tablet.

The breakfast was unimpressive, especially for the price. The free breakfast at the Biloxi Hyatt is better. Although the staff serving in the dining room were extremely kind. The carpet was not clean, the rooms need renovating, the shower made a loud noise and there was no railing around the tub for my 70 year old friend. The restaurant did not have coffee on the menu and Starbucks closes at 2pm. However, the front desk staff was kind to give me extra coffee. The front desk staff is the best thing going on property especially night shift -Ms Tina and the young man. But the entire front desk team was excellent and extremely respectful, kind and courteous.
