We had a short but great stay. We just needed a couple rooms to lay our head down for a few hours before our long flight home. The customer service was outstanding. The young man at the front desk was so polite, courteous and professional. Honestly, the rest of the stay could have been sub par and I would have still been happy because of this young man, but the stay was great overall. Rooms were clean, the nespresso was a nice room touch and the kids had a great time in the pool. Pool isn’t big, but it’s a pool indoor so it’s open year round. 10/10

It’s a wonderful hotel and I had to book at the last minute because I miss my flight if I booked it through Expedia versus their website. I had to wait a while for the shuttle in the morning, but it was fine. They got me there. They were very nice. My biggest complaint is somehow they didn’t save my credit card and I’ve gotten five phone calls today regarding giving them a credit card I’ve asked for an email and I’ve yet to get it so hopefully they’ll get it to me and I will pay my bill for my food I got but it probably is one of the better hotels close to the airport

Room is clean and looked pretty. TV didn't work. Shower head would not change to massage feature sheets. Felt like I was sleeping on sandpaper overpriced hotel. Had to pay to park my car. There was no free parking available anywhere. Glad my car got a good night's rest
