For a quick stay, like for ballgrame or event to the Galleria its fine. Staff was efficient. The carpet & furniture need repair/ upgrade. There was no sound proofing between the room next to us. The TV was blasting and the Spanish couple were having an aurgment and felt like they were right out side our. We turned on the AC so the sound of that, would drowned out the couple next door . We did get extra blankets and pillows but make sure you ask before you head ro your room .otherwise r You'll make another trip

Great Hotel for the Price of $100
Great Hotel for the Price of $100 or Less But that's it!! Breakfast is 1 of the WORST i've seen. Stayed at the Newly Built LaQuintas that were maybe Built 2015 & After All had pretty good Breakfast. These Older properties are like 'We're Not updating this Crap" & that's Cool as Long as the Price is Well under $100!! oh Sodas were $6/SIX Buck$. Got intp Car & went to Publix & QT that are within 1 Mile! Property is Clean though & the Beds are Comfortable.

The doorman or night man was rude, smart mouth and very disrespectful. Then he wants to stand in front of me a talk crap while saying I'm not worried if you complain. I will never give La Quinta another penny. They held almost $450 on my card. 1 star , do not stay here.

We were put in a handicap room which we did not ask for. On two days we were either not given enough bath towels or no towels at all resulting in having to go down to the desk to get them. Breakfast was good except for one of the waffle makers didn’t work.

The staff was rude. Did not know how to use the computers. They were more interested in talking to each other than the customers. There was a garbage can full of water in the middle of one of the halls. The first room they put us in, had already been used and not cleaned. They had absolutely no luggage carts and no desire to help us carry in an oxygen machine and tried to charge us a second time and tell us our card was declined. It was a nightmare one of the worst days we’ve ever had.

I've stayed at this property numerous of times and it seems to be going down instead of getting better. The hallways carpet had an odor along with my room. Definitely need some improvements but for the short stay and price it served the purpose. The area is safe though. I'll probably choose another hotel in the area next time.

Check in and out staff, during the day staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel clean, parking free, breakfast good, coffee great. King bed needs replacing and night light would have been appreciated in bathroom, too dark to not leave a light on but even with door shut too much light for great sleep. In room Keurig would be preferable to the little coffee maker in room, but not a big deal. Breakfast coffee was good and plentiful. All in all a pleasant stay, close to interstate and Truist park where we went to the ball game.
