The front desk staff really gave me top service when I needed a Dr .. a big thank you for the time and effort they went into for organising that for me and a buggy to take me to the Dr Also the Lounge staff helped me with my airport timings

The Aerotel Changi Airport fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is friendly. You get one meal per stay. And it is convenient. Very convenient located inside the best airport in the world. You do not have to go through the hassle of immigration. The food is adequate .The room I stayed in was NOT spacious and The room has no view . The room is nice but you might get claustrophobic . I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. It is the only hotel to choose from and again I stress convenience. That’s the only reason I give it a five star rating.

I used Aerotel Singapore for a few hours during my long layover in Singapore. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the gate (around 15 minutes), but it was really convenient to have somewhere to wash and rest for a bit. I took the solo room for 6 hours, which is very cozy, but sufficient for what I needed (hot coffee, complementary food, outlet to charge my phone, shower and a nice comfy bed). Shower and toilets are shared, but they are separated in different units to allow privacy and I didn't have to wait at all. The room was nicely air conditioned and it provided a clean safe space to sleep for a bit. The complementary meal was delicious too! It is a little pricier than going to a lounge, but it's worth it!

Hotel staff were very professional, like all Singapore very clean, if you have a layover of more than 5 hours its worth it to get a shower, a comfortable bed and a meal included in the price. Very happy with stay.

Loud air conditioning noise makes sleep impossible
With a 13hr layover in Changi airport and wanting to board our next flight refreshed, we decided to splurge and paid $345 for an en-suite double room for 12 hrs at Aerotel Singapore. The air-conditioning noise was so loud that sleep was impossible. Staff advised that nothing could be done as the air-conditioning was controlled by the airport terminal. However when we left 2 other rooms open for cleaning had no loud A/C noise. Since then Aerotel has refused to acknowledge what happened and has offered no compensation. All I can do is warn others against staying at this very expensive and noisy transit hotel with no regard for customer service
