Everything was broken luckily all we cared about was sleeping They need to give room 319 a face lift before they rent it out again

Housekeepers are rude they come to your door before 11 am , and not one time but several times and stand outside your door loud and talking and wake you up before it’s even check out time it’s check tf out time!!! Knew it was a red flag when I walked into the room and it smelled of Roach spray , they have roaches ! So this stay was absolutely awful ! Never tf again

Bugs in all the rooms. Place was filthy. I slept in the chair the bed had hair all over it. You get what you pay for. Even for free I would not stay there.

This property has one of the best management teams ever. The property is kept clean daily. This location is one turn from the highway. 10 minutes from North Lake Mall and a variety of eating options. Rooms are kept clean and they stay on top of pest control. Also this location is SAFE for families. There's no lingering or riff raff allowed to hang outside of rooms!

This hotel is very outdated and run down. They don’t any customer service, the microwave is not working there’s a lot around on everything in there is rusty . The front desk workers are rude and nasty. The place is very terrible
