Property was outdated. Had one fork, one spoon in kitchen. Not very clean. Very dated. Had people out and about when we checked in after midnight loud and on their phones or talking with eachother loudly. Check in lady wasn’t very friendly or helpful at where our room was. We found it on our own. Not ideal for two females checking in late. We moved hotels the next day.

The property was directly across the street from a shopping mall with restaurants so very convenient for that. It was also close to a feeder highway for Atlanta. The facilities were well past the deadline for refurbishing. The carpets, especially in the common areas, were disgustingly dirty. And many things in the room no longer worked (tv, some lights, some electrical sockets, magnetic door signs, etc). The external exits had all been monkeyed so no longer latched.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! staffing will give you the run around after telling you you can stay ong th same room then continue on to take that back and make you check out at 11 unable to come back till 4. MY CAR WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE BROKEN INTO. SKETCHY PEOPLE AROUND THE AREA "No" cameras or servelience. felt unsafe and lost out on money for the second night. human hairs and matter found on "clean towels" dry egg left on utensils in the amenity room ***german cockroaches found

Room was perfect for the concert we attended. Rides too and from were easy to get back and forth. The only problem I had was we are in room 135 and the outside door you can hear everyone go in and out of the building.

The room was fine. In mid august the pool was closed. It was well into the 90’s. There were many children roaming the halls. The outside doors were never closed and locked. I called the desk and they said the maintenance man must have left it open. I soon realized it was the many hotel patrons flipping the door so they stayed wide open. I would flip it to closed and locked then I witnessed others flipping it to open. I felt extremely unsafe! I will never stay there again!

Convenient location next to the mall. Spacious room with kitchen. Living area had a dated couch that is hanging on for dear life and there were some questionable stains on the curtains. Room was mostly clean but the shower in one of the bathrooms was overlooked. The staff was very kind and helpful.
