we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. I’d booked 1 night as we went to a concert at the royal Albert hall. It was cheap for London and is very clean and modern with lovely friendly staff. It’s also very close the South Kensington tube station. Will definitely stay again!
Good location to get about in London . A few minutes walk from underground. Got a free room upgrade which was a bonus . Room was good value, clean and everything we needed. Negative, room overlooked train lines and can hear trains late into the night and early morning. Could put up with that as only a two night stay.
Location is great with easy access to buses and trains.Breakfast could be better and new sofas in the lobby.

The hotel is conventionally located for getting around London. Walkable food options and sights.
Hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are small and need updating. The staff if wonderful friendly and knowledgeable.
Skip their breakfast and walk to one of the local options.
Excellent location and very good overall
Standard room not luxurious but perfectly adequate and excellent value for money given the location of the hotel.
Was surprised to find towels that had not been used changed - maybe ask guests if they need clean towels rather than assume. Would also have preferred to see refillable shampoo/body wash containers rather than small single use plastic bottles used.
The hotel is comfortable and a couple of blocks away from the subway entrance.
It’s convenient to pay for breakfast along with the room. Breakfast was very nice.
Good hotel at a teasonable price. Very close to Hight Street Kessington underground station.
The room are very spacious.
The only thing that let the hetel fown was the time it took housekeeping to make up the room.
Even though we put the priority make up sign on the door the foom was still not done at 4pm when we returned for our day out, to get ready for the night

It ticks all the boxes. It just needs a bit of tweaking - the room was old and had a stuffy smell, but you can't open windows to air it out, not easy to get to/find the information in the room e.g. when restaurants/cafe are open, the phone had no information on how to call reception or how to book one of the restaurants, the QR code to get to the information is helpful but the page itself is not very clear to use, and when ordering room service through it we got a phone call to confirm the order but it was confusing on what was happening, you also couldn't charge to the room for room service or the restaurants.
