The location is good. The public areas are ok but the rooms are dated. The bathroom had been sort of updated a bit but the job was badly done with thick silicone spread around the bath. Cheap job probably . Breakfast area was bedlam when we stayed. They ended up opening up the “conference “ type area to seat people. By the time we managed to get outlets it was getting cold.

Fantastic hotel, great location. Stayed over Christmas and had a lovely warm welcome with easy check-in. Close to everything we needed and parking on site. Would stay here again...

Not as good as it’s letting on…
Room was extremely dated and small for 2 adults & 1 child. Housekeepers didn’t seem to understand ‘no’ when we were in the room and proceeded to try to enter anyway. One day they left our room door open while we were out all day!

This will be our last time staying. Not happy with our last 2 stays. I thought this time they might changed. But it got worst. Our current room was dirty when we checked in, I tried to book cleaners but no one came that night. We are 3 me my daughter and my son. We only have 1 set of towels. I asked to give us more for 2 person, no one came. The bin plastic was broken. Not properly cleaned. I will never come back again in this hotel. I'm sorry but your standard of cleanlines is out of standard anymore. Location was great but cleanlines getting poorer.
