The people working there are Greta but the hotel seemed to be understaffed. Long lines to check in, and the hotel didn’t get cleaned form one night to the next. The elevators were overdue for inspections (the licenses are up on the elevator so when they move slow you have plenty of time to read the permit, and I think while they rent out rooms, maybe also people live in some of them.

property is not well kept; found bugs around; food left out on corridors and elevators. Housekeeping took away blankets from room, took away used towels but did not replace them, we had to complain to management to get new towels. Phone to front desk does not work. "Next" restaurant serves mediocre food and very poor service.

We send a message to the hotel telling them we will arrive late. We had three rooms reserved and two were able to check in but the other the hotel overbooked and refused to give us a room They also refused to return the money for that room , whoever the manager of this hotel is , is a thieve . I have no complains about the workers at the hotel they do their job as best as they can. The rooms are big but the furniture is in terrible shape. The balcony can not be opened but also has a crack on the silicon used to shut it close so you get a super noise balcony that can not be used to get out and get enjoy the view. Do not book this hotel , the management and the conditions are horrible

I liked the fact that it was nice elegant quit and clean. But first of all, I booked through Expedia and was told, by someone in expedia's customer service that this hotel has no deposits. But there is a $75 a night deposit that I was blinded with and it would've been nice if I was informed about the parking fee $36 a night. And then I was over charged. When I checked my card transactions later on, I was charged a extra $64 on top of the about that she said she was running my card for. (Room was $295 $150 security deposit =$444 but was charged $509) then after my stay they tried to charge an additional $134 but the payment declined because the funds weren't there. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday trip for my girlfriend we traveled from Dallas but this was a nightmare.

Bathroom sink faucet almost falling off, bucket under kitchen to catch water from a leak, windows very dirty, tv remotes barely worked, no sign at front desk to distinguish what line to wait in for check in so after waiting 20 minutes I was told to stand in another line taking an extra 20 minutes. Bar/restaurant closed early after asking what time it closed. Breakfast was just not nice from lack of a caring staff.

Hotel generally nice - no complaints. Check-in was not good. Was not informed in advance that check-in must be done at the Crowne Plaza front desk. Only learned this on arrival from a parking attendant. Then got in a line that led to one employee though three others were available only to Crowne check-ins. Process took almost one hour. Bad experience.

The windows of the room looked as if they hadn't been washed in several years. It was hard to see out of them. The bathtub drained so slowly that by the end of a quick shower my feet were under water. The carpet was so tattered, the paint so degraded, and the windows so dirty it was clear that no competent manager had set foot in the place for years. Not a good look for management.
