We had a good stay at this location! The staff is great! Nubia and India are phenomenal! The only issue I had was it was a little noisy Saturday morning and I think it was the staff setting up for an event for the early morning, approximately 4:30 am for the day, but I am not certain on the 4th floor. Other than that, good stay!

The hotel experience was okay, not great. The service staff were professional. They did not go out of the way to make our stay pleasant. It's proximity to shopping and the subway makes it an ideal place to book. The dining options are pretty limited.
