When you book through a 3rd party they don’t honor
My stay was great, the only thing I had a problem with was the lady at the front desk gave me a hard time about my late check out. She didn’t honor it an tried to charge me when I’m platinum it’s included. This made me not want to stay there again.

Sad Changes
We had to have our room changed because the heat was not working. Also, the room had no draws to put our clothes in. When I to returned to the lobby to request another room the clerk insisted that the rooms in the West Wing had no draws! I said, "You've got to be kidding. I've stayed here before and I know the rooms have draws." All of a sudden he found a room. However, once we got there we had to deal w/ the heat issue. Had to return to the lobby because the code card did not work w/ my phone & no one was answering the phone in maintenance. Even the desk clerk couldn't reach them. Eventually someone did come & the heat was restored. I must say since Caesars took over Tropicana the atmosphere has changed. A lot of shops have closed. There's entertainment only on Fridays & Sat. The Tango bar which was open all the time for drinks is now closed. I believe it only opens on Fri & Sat. and only for certain hours. Thank goodness Broadway Burger and Taco Loco are still around. Their food, staff & service is great. I hope Caesars actually has good plans for the future of Tropicana.
