I had a great time at the casino. I wanted to share that the rooms did not have body wash and hand soap. I called housekeeping to have a refilled, but they never showed up. I also wish parking was free.

My husband and I spent our anniversary at the Borgata Hotel and it was really nice! The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional! The hotel/casino is beautiful and huge! Our room was clean and roomy. We loved having a refrigerator in the room for leftovers and to keep our drinks cold. We understood the security measures taken to keep the guest safe but it was frustrating having to swipe our hotel key every time we went back to our room and the security guards seemed to not check every guest! It would have been nice to have a sign up to let guest know of this policy as it was congested at times with guest coming and going in the small space. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we would stay again.

The bed was very hard which is why we are giving 4 stars. Both woke up sore. Otherwise good time. The deposit of $150 per night is a bit much though.
