The property was mostly clean. But upon arrival our room had a certain stench to it the following morning my wife and I woke up and discovered an explosion in the bathroom from a back up in the plumbing in this hotel. The staff somewhat made it right by giving us another room to get ready in, but I was not offered a refund for my stay. I even lost my favorite toothbrush on this trip because of this. Gross.
