Book Auburn hotels

I love this hotel! The front desk staff are wonderful - they will do everything to help you!! Easy check-in/check- out. There is, however, an ongoing problem with the housekeeping staff / rooms are not cleaned routinely. Di, if you plan to stay. Ore than one night, don’t count on your room being cleaned.

The breakfast was very good and had a good variety. The room was a very good price and very spacious. The facilities were In great shape and easy to find. I enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I also was charged for items that was never used! If you want to have a bad experience, be over charged, terrible customer service, and an overall horrible experience, this is the place to stay! Beware and save yourself a massive headache and stay anywhere else!

we enjoyed our stay. Staff was Great!

Great staff. Friendly and elevated the stay. Property looks maybe average on the outside but the room itself was clean and updated, as were all the areas like bar, lobby, breakfast, etc. Fitness center could be bigger but it’s also a hotel. Great that they include meals and drinks with the stay. I’ve seen some reviews saying they didn’t like the food but my kid loved it. Perfectly good AYCE option included with the room gets an A+ from me as does the staff.
