The drain in the shower was loose, not enough towels in the room, found a hair in the shower, deadbolt on room door was broken, 1 elevator for the whole 4 story hotel and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Will not stay here again.

It was good but I purchased the stay for my daughter who was subjected to a lecture of why the hotel charges local residents an extra $25 dollar fee. She is from three hours away. Not a good thing they did not charge her but why the lecture delaying her arrival to our event

The lady at the front desk when I arrived was very friendly and helpful. The room was in need of updating. I saw a little bug crawling on the wall that appeared to be a roach. The tv would not get a signal. When I called the front desk, the lady mentioned it was an issue they've had in that room. She provided me a different remote which allowed me to switch HDMI ports. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but it was adequate. Location was great, just a few minutes from the university.

Clean rooms & property. Breakfast was only fair. Front desk staff was friendly. Elevator was making odd sounds giving you no confidence it would get to 4th floor. Area was clean but you get a feeling area is not as safe as you think.

When we stayed years ago this property was clean and in good working order. Our last trip it was dirty. Our room made an awful noise from the ac. We switched rooms and the next room had marks all over the walls. The comforter was dirty. The bathroom had hair in the sink.
