Hilton Meadowvale Review
We recently stayed at Hilton Meadowvale for a week, and while the property is nice and our room was quiet at first, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
After three days, we had to move rooms because the cold air return in our original room started rattling so loudly that it was impossible to ignore. While the staff was accommodating in relocating us, the process was very inconvenient. Since we were staying for a full week, we had a lot of belongings to move, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer extra Hilton Honors points or some form of compensation for the trouble.
Another downside is the parking situation. The hotel charges for parking, but the lot is not gated or secure. If you don’t pay, they’ll place a yellow boot on your car, which feels excessive and unwelcoming. It’s not a great first impression or farewell for guests.
That said, the property itself is well-maintained, and the price was reasonable for a Hilton. With a few adjustments in customer service and parking policies, this could easily be a much better experience.
