We enjoyed our stay at this location. There was only 1 elevator open & available out of 2. Housekeeping did not visit our room the 3-4 days we were there. Those were not deal breakers for us overall we would book again.

It was my first time and everything was great, if everything stays the same the price and all i will make it my new go to hotel when im in Austin visiting my daughter at her school University of Texas at Austin. I was very pleased with everything and i am looking forward to coming back.

Chair in the room was very dirty. One of the outlets didn’t work. Wireless charging didn’t work. Toilet paper is basically in a secret hidden spot. Oh, and breakfast is ridiculously over priced.

Property was nice and clean. Stephen was amazing. I hope everyone has the pleasure of ever meeting him. Ran into one hiccup with the business center but all in all I would stay here again.

I was there for testing and was in one of the conference rooms and the AC was out which made it very hot in side. The room my husband and I stayed in also didn’t have AC the night before. The pool was out of service and it couldn’t be utilized. Then we had to pay for breakfast which should have been continental. I have never been to one of the Hilton hotels where we had to pay for our breakfast.
