Plenty of parking for holidayers in safe secure underground parking. Basic amenities but kept very clean and with access to pool, sauna, workout areas was a bonus. Friendly service and easy check in/out process. Would stay again.

Only complaint / suggestion is the trim on the bottom of the shower door needs replacing . It was filthy and mouldy . Bunnings sells it by the metre . Easy to cut to size and replace . The moths were a concern too !

We recently stayed at Crystal Bay Resort for 5 nights as a family of four (with two children aged 8 and 12) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The communication and service were excellent from the moment we booked until we checked out. Our apartment on level 8 had a beautiful view facing the water, which we enjoyed every day. The self-contained apartment was functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for us was the convenient location. With a bus stop right next to the property, we had easy access to Sea World and downtown Gold Coast, making our decision to not hire a car an excellent one. The frequent and easy public transportation saved us the hassle of driving and parking. Our family made full use of the resort’s amenities. The pool, spa, and sauna were fantastic for relaxing, and the kids especially loved playing table tennis. The overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Crystal Bay Resort for families looking for a great place to stay in the Gold Coast!

Location & views were great. But it was very disappointing as we had the Penthouse apartment & the kitchen needed a thorough clean. The Cooktop & rangehood had food splatter & was covered in grease residue. Food splatter on the walls. There were ant trails on a bench in one of the bedrooms with ants in the bed also socks left behind & food scraps behind a chair in the bedroom from a previous guest. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in different apartments so I wouldn't spend the extra money on a Penthouse apartment.

Unfortunately the plates and bowls had food on them, cupboards throughout were dirty. Door handle to bathroom was falling off. The shower head was broken . The cabling to tv trunking was hanging off the wall, holes in wall behind bedroom door. There was also a problem with plumbing pipes banging through out the night/ early morning , i believe its called water hammer. Good view and comfortable bed.
