Poor service and overbooked
I made 2 reservations and one party checked in at 8 PM we tried checking in at 10:30 PM and were told that there were no rooms available, after I made the reservation more than 3 weeks ago. The receptionist was unprofessional and said that I did not make the reservation with them; they were full and did not have a room to assign to me. She did not offer any other solution to the problem other than we had no rooms available and that they had been overbooked all day. Other customers were turned away with the same excuse of no rooms available. I had to drive another 20-plus minutes to get to another hotel with a room available. I am disappointed with the reservation process. The other party that checked in told me that the place was not clean, it was old and dated with poor lighting.

Unfortunately, never again
Lodging was very scarce in Austin the one night that we needed to stay here. It was either pay $600 a night for hotel room at a known location or try this place for $70 a night. I have never stayed in a hotel where there are actually dead cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom. Even worse when we turned on the lights roaches scattered, we had to empty all of our bags before reloading them into our car and removed no fewer than four roaches in each one of our hotel bags. The linens were nice and clean and so was the microwave.

Although I called this hotel and spoke with them about what time I’d arrive, they gave my room away. I had no where to go, I made this reservation months ago. I have just drove ten hours and everything in Austin was booked.

The hotel was very dirty. It had no blankets. They did not even try to accommodate us with blankets. The floors were dirty. They only gave us 12 the towels, and we had to go request more.Just a horrible location and should not be listed

We arrived before 3 pm and the morning employee told us that she was not authorized to check in and that we had to wait for the afternoon employee. When she arrived at 3:00 pm, first they started talking and I asked her if we could check in and she told us that we had to wait for her to have the information on the available rooms and that we had to wait about 15 to 25 minutes. Something like this has never happened to us in another hotel.

My room had black mold in it and they just came and painted over it to “fix” it and some of the lights didn’t work and there were people using drugs all over the property. Was a horrible experience

Expedia totally scammed me on this booking. The pictures on the site make it seem like a normal hotel, but the property and rooms are untenable. There were cockroaches everywhere, holes and pieces of the walls were missing, there were smears all over the walls and doors; it was disgusting. I checked out early and Expedia refuses to refund my booking even though I sent them pictures of the room.

I liked the price. I didn't like only one towel for two people to use. No cups or other amenities for the kitchenette, no soap, no coffee in the office. I could live with all that, but the most disgusting thing was the spots on the floor of dried urine where previous tenants had trouble hitting the toilet and it hadn't been cleaned. We won't be back.
