Everything was great except the service at the pool was terrible. Considering this was the only option for a drink and the hotel does not allow outside food or drink I would have expected the service to be better. Especially at the high cost to purchase drinks! Otherwise we had a lovely stay at the hotel.

We stayed for the ACL music festival. They had a free shuttle to the festival that was super convenient. They had free drinks to rehydrate in the lobby, and even gave out free mini chairs. The pool area was beautiful and decor was very classy and unique. Will definitely stay here again next ACL festival!
