Beautiful hotel, busy front desk. Was not told about breakfast, wifi, etc but I figured it all out. Had to change rooms due to a/c not cooling properly. Front desk made it an easy process. Breakfast was amazing! My new go to place when in the area.

I was assigned to a room below what I reserved without being informed. When I returned later to tell the staff we needed a room with double beds, not a single. I was told “oh yes, we see that is what you reserved but we didn’t have any available when you checked in, so we just placed you in another room”. We did get to move rooms, however, ther restroom door was broken and would not open or close properly.
