I loved the breakfast! And the pillows on the bed! Several things I think you should have: handicap bars in all bathtubs/shower area, a full length mirror, and a “do not disturb” sign to put on the outside of the door. I do not need housekeeping, especially when I’m only staying in your hotel for 2 nights. They replaced random things (shampoo, body lotion). But didn’t leave more coffee pods. Also, I can use the same towels for the time that I’m there. And especially, housekeeping should NOT change the temperature on the air conditioner/heater! I think that my room (305) needs, at the very least, new chairs at the table where the coffee maker is. I wish you all the best in the future! No running water and no apologies
No running water when I checked in. No one on my floor had running water. The front desk clerk assigned us to a room knowing that there was no running water. I left for a family gathering and tried to call the hotel at least 3 times. No one answered. I called Wyndham and they could also not contact the hotel. Later that evening I arrived and the water was running. No apologies from anyone.

It’s ok. I did all the online check in stuff to make it faster like it said to. It said do the online check in and all you have to do is stop and get your keys. That’s not true. It still took over ten minutes to get checked in and get my keys. Other than that ok.

The pool was closed. In my room the shower had no hot water that jacuzzi had hot water which was weird. The staff was good but the night crew was non-existent. There was never anybody at night. We had to ask for towels they never retrieved he towels for my room the day before. Overall it wasn't great but it wasn't bad It was just in the middle but for the amount of money of spending for the premiere room which is supposed to be the most expensive room they have I was very underwhelmed. It was our wedding night you know you think that it would have been hot water everything not just hot water and the jacuzzi you know it people want to take showers with hot water. The AC unit worked but then halfway through the night it would get hot and then it would get cold and it was just quite up and down.

Hot water did not work had to switch rooms after midnight and were downgraded no offer of recompense. Towels were dingy and old. Bathroom fan noisy. Ac was cutting in and out every few seconds. Disappointing stay and it has changed my opinion on staying at LA Quinta ever again.

Made the right choice
Easy check in, great service, room was clean. I reserved the premiere suite and got the whirlpool and king size bed. Excellent choice. Worked out in the gym and all the equipment was working and clean. Super pleased with the price too!
