I will say this was an excellent location - but otherwise overpriced for the spartan amenities. Dirty air vents, huge stains surrounding carpet in hallway, and the previous occupants toothpaste still in the sink were a little disheartening. Online staff was quick to assist and helpful.
This was my first time, but family members'second time in Austin. They recommended looking for place to stay near Rainey Street and this was perfect being right there in the middle of entertainment, nightlife, fun, friendly people, and a great time! The rooftop pool is a huge bonus and there is nice seating there, including a gas grill that can be used for a nice day. We went to the pool during the day and at night, enjoyed music you could hear from the bars and fireworks. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect location. Pool and gym were nice to have. Parking is a little annoying to get in and out of, but easy to access.
Our room code did not work when we first arrived which after a long day of travel was not great. We also didn't have any coffee supplied, but they did drop off to us on our 2nd or 3rd day. Thankfully they respond very quickly with questions/issues. We would stay here again.

Our room was clean, however the AC did not work well. The hallway carpets were stained and there was actual dog “doo” in the hallways. I cannot believe that people leave their dog dirt for everyone.

When you first walked into the building it smelled of wet dog and weed. Several people had trash in the hallway for pick up but it never got picked up the four days we were there. Therefore, it was dirty. We found a huge roach in our bathroom on our last night that was dead. The pool was nice and not crowded.
Rooms are nice and relatively modern. The first room we were in had a direct view of a highway 50 ft away (no mention of this anywhere - also the windows in the studio do not open). The property is decent.
The door had been broken into and there were marks. The hallway and elevator smelled like urine, dogs and drugs. we did not stay the two nights. we left after the first night and did not use parking but was still charged for it.
This property is clean and beautiful. The apartment is in a cool location (right off Rainey street) and is in close proximity to cool hotel bars. While we didn't use the pool, it is beautiful and easily accessible (there is a nice fitness center too!) Great quality sheets and towels (Parachute) and quality shampoo/conditioner (Grown Alchemist). Nice kitchen and great space for my husband and I. While this apartment sleeps four, it would absolutely be cramped with that many people.
My first complaint is parking, which was a pain in the butt. The building has 8 floors and we stayed on the second floor. Parking for guests begins on floor 7. It took over 5 minutes each time to get out of or into a parking spot. (This is a definite first world problem - but for somebody who gets motion sick, it made it extremely challenging).
While Rainey street is cool, it did become a little crazy on some of the evenings and with this building being at the top of the street, people left scooters EVERYWHERE! There is a young crowd that hangs out on Rainey, but the bars are great and have amazing cocktails.
I would suggest if you were staying in this part of downtown Austin having a rental car as there are other neighborhoods that provide better options that are walkable and for restaurants and shopping than this one. My husband and I found ourselves driving to South Congress, East Austin and the 6th/7th street areas and walking downtown closer to some of the "big name hotels".
Our trip was exceptional. We have stayed downtown auStin many times and have never had so much ease, cleanliness, and attentiveness by management anywhere. We had one small hiccup with parking but they’re 24 hr management took care of it immediately.
The unit itself was very nice. Quiet. Comfortable. Clean. I was hoping for a Rainey St or City view - instead our view was the iHop sign - but the proximity to Rainey St made up for it. The property offers an excellent workout room but we were not offered pool passes. That was odd. And prepare to pay $20/day for parking. I will say because the property is pet friendly the hallways reek of pet urine. Pretty sure some tenants let their dogs out in the hallway to pee. Stains all over the carpet. It’s nasty. Especially the 3rd floor where we were at and the 1st floor. Even dog urine in the elevator. Good thing we had masks. :) Would I go back? Only if they clean up the hallways. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay.

The property was beautiful and immaculate. The staff was readily available to answer questions.
I loved how beautiful and spacious it was and it felt like home. I didn’t like how I had pay $20 per night for a parking spot but everything else was amazing. Didn’t get to see the pool because of covid 19 but again, everything else made it all worth it. The building around the building are beautiful and look even more beautiful at night. The balcony was my quiet place. Definitely will be booking again. Just a suggestion from myself.. if the reservers leave your place spotless when they leave I believe parking should be waived lol.. just saying. I loved it and I’m sure that place loved me ♥️ Thank you guys for having me and My fiancé adored the layout of the beautiful space.
