Very clean. Updating in early 2025, which will be nice. Nice to have a fridge in the room, and the cafe downstairs is convenient. Every staff member I talked with was very friendly and helpful!

Definitely downhill since last year (IMO) Straight
After a pleasant day last August bringing our son to UT, we stayed here again this August. But this will be our last stay. The pool is still great. But they now charge $6 for parking which is crazy. Also, they nickel and dime for everything and it’s not worth it. Ice machine was broken on our floor, none of the trash cans had liners, and it just wasn’t great. There was never any staff down in the lobby at front desk when we were looking for someone. Whatever, served its purpose so I guess it’s all that really matters.
