Weird property...just a floor in an apartment bldg. Very confusing when you come to the address and there's no indication where you are supposed to go. Door code didn't work (keypad is so worn you can't read half the buttons), had to wait until a resident came in or went out.

Shabby Not-so-chic
As reported by others - superficially clean (just look at the baseboards to see major dirt everywhere), getting a bit shabby (many large holes in the wall that might have been for an old curtain rod?), noisy overlooking bar with live music (bring high-quality earplugs), and the hallways reek of marijuana at all hours. Other than that, it was nice to have a real refrigerator and was walkable to where I needed to go.

The property was very convenient to restaurants and bars. Very walkable and good access to parking within the building. The apartment was very clean and stocked with all the necessities, easy check-in and checkout process.

The apartment was great and everything was clean and ready for us. The parking situation is not great and we had to park a few blocks away to avoid the crazy parking charge. It would have been nice to be able to park inside the lot without incurring the hefty fee. But the overall property was as promised. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely studio in a great regenerated area (felt safe and peaceful). Bargain price as would cost treble the amount with others. Apartment was super clean Crazy cheap value! Would have been good to have more details on parking in the area - but maybe I missed that?!? Would defo book again and would defo recommend to others. Thank you

Impressive digs for Great price
Loved the property. Lots of space for a very good price, and in a nice area. There was only 1 towel and washcloth available upon arrival, and the extras supply closet was inaccessible (code to door did not work, and there were multiple storage room doors next to the described location in the provided information, code worked on none of them), which was inconvenient, but not so much to say I was unhappy with the stay. The parking situation is rough; Sonder guests should get a special overnight rate in the garage or in the adjacent parking lot (just an opinion), but there are no other options. Street parking is paid parking until midnight. Overall, it was well worth the very affordable fee I paid for the stay. Will return.

The room was stylish but it was uncomfortable. AC wouldn't kick on, sofa were stiff, and the beds were uncomfortable. It was a beautiful room but not worth the price.
