Great view and convenient to everything
We really enjoyed this house: it's cozy, had everything we needed, there's a good view of the ocean, and it's a very short walk to the beach access. We were there for the surfing and the break right at the beach access was just as good as down at the pier. Avon isn't very big so you're close to everything (restaurants, grocery, pier, etc). Will definitely keep this house on the list for future visits.

Great place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful place and great beach access. I would love to stay here again. There were a lot of steps to get to the main level. The house was well stocked.
