Жили в 2х комнатных апартаментах, с кухней, туалет и душевая комнаты раздельные, балкон. В номере все было и посуда и микроволновка и плита. Номер понравился, но кровать жестковата. Коридоры отеля какие-то странные как бункер. Ресторан работает только 3 дня в неделю, вид отличный из ресторана и отель недалеко от центра

First surprise was a big spider on the curtain scared my child then i couldn't sleep well for two night because of bed bugs my body was scratching me hall night. Main building and reception is nice but dont except to stay there.. You will be surprised by staying in another buildings next to it connected buy underground corridors and lifts very difficult to find the the way to room. Looks like prison break.. Nice view clean towels clean room but the only problem bed bugs you feel it

Skønt hotel.

Appartement une chambre avec balcon vue sur la vallée dans l’immeuble 2. Le site est composé de quatre immeubles qui sont reliés par des tunnels. L’appartement était bien équipé, propre et il était possible d’accéder directement à la promenade afin de se rendre au centre-ville en 10min à pied. En octobre, plusieurs restaurants sont fermés. Nous avons donc grandement apprécié le petit marché situé dans le bâtiment principale afin d’acheter quelque chose pour le petit-déjeuner. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et propose un menu varié. Le personnel était accueillant. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre expérience.

Das ursprüngliche Budget-Zimmer war schrecklich. Wir haben per Aufpreis ein besseres Zimmer bekommen, das dann sehr schön war.

Fint hotel til prisen!
Hotellet var beliggende med 3 minutters gang til bybus/skibus. Der tager ca. 20 minutter at gå til de populære barer og restauranter i byen. Morgenbuffetens udvalg og kvalitet var bedre end forventet. Der var friskbrygget kaffe klar til den meldte ankomst hver morgen. Vi havde bestilt og betalt for morgenmad hjemmefra via Hotels.com. Desværre ville personalet og hotelchefen ikke accepteret dette og var med hensyn til dette overhovedet ikke servicemindede eller imødekommende. Efter 15 minutters diskusion måtte vi selv ringe til Hotels.com, som så endte med at refundere beløbet og tage en snak med hotellet. Uanset om hotellet eller Hotels.com har lavet en fejl, så bør hotellet undlade at tale nedladende og bedrevidende uden at have undersøgt sagen forinden. Der var hverken undskyldning eller andet fra personalet eller hotellets side. Havde vi ikke oplevet ovennævnte ville hotellet have scoret flotte karakterer på alle områder, men det trækker altså ned, når man ikke oplever en imødekommende reception eller service.

Das Hauptgebäude ist optisch und qualitativ sehr schön. Leider waren wir im Gebäude 3, was schon bei der Anreise rein suchtechnisch eine Herausforderung war. Wenn man den Weg einmal kennt, ist es kein Problem mehr. Die Ausschilderung könnte deutlich besser sein. Positiv sind aber die Verbindungen der Gebäude untereinander und die Tiefgarage. Nettes kleines Schwimmbad und die Sauna mit mehreren Möglichkeiten. Diese sind jedoch abends nach dem Skifahren deutlich überlastet. Sehr enttäuscht waren wir von dem Ort. Fast alles geschlossen, viele Gebäude in Sanierung. Etwas Leben gab es rund um den Kabinenlift.
