Clean, but needs updating
Room was clean, but bathroom needs updating. Towel racks were loose and falling off wall. Noisy bathroom fan and needed better lighting. Bed was comfortable, location near ferry terminal and several restaurants in walking distance. Staff was pleasant.

Older property but clean. The only issue we had was the hot and cold water pipes were switched when hooked up. So you had to turn the water to cold, to get hot water for your shower. Other than that it was nice.

staff charged my credit card without notify me the cause! And hang up on me without further communication when I noticed my credit card was charged for 200 dollars! Rude and unprofessional! On top of it, the room smell bad!

Bargain basement room over priced
Had a late night check in. First room they put us in was in bad shape. Door dragged across the floor the casing of the door handle was dissaseembled. Snd the toilet didnt flush.cwe immediately asked for a new room and got it. That room was in better shape. But seemed a lil dirty. The door was not very well sealed to the outside. And the room was not very well insulated to outside noise.

This isn't the fault of the hotel, but rather Expedia. I searched with Downtown Seattle as my filter. How the Bainbridge Island Quality Inn showed up with so many favorable reviews, I picked it. How was I to know that Bainbridge Island wasn't just an attractive name, but was on an actual Island? It turned out to be fine, I was headed to Vancouver. The staff did an excellent job in addressing my needs. If you have time to explore the Island and don't mind taking a 30-minute ferry to Seattle, it's a great place to stay. My only complaint is about the structure. My door didn't seal, so cold air battled the heater throughout the night.
