Staff was courteous and responsive. Unfortunately, the pool was open, but unheated. There were nany unruly teenagers who knocked on doors nd ran away. The toilet wouldclog frequently. The staff offered reward points for the stay.

Staff chexk in and check out was super friendly. Bartender too. Bed comfy. Only issue is thermostat wasnt working. Worked with desk staff but coulsnt get it on. Thankfully i have a small fan i travel with. Shuttle driver at 4 am super as welll
