My husband and I were in town for the weekend to see Phantom of the Opera at the Hippodrome. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and spacious, and close to everything. Every single member of the staff was kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Baltimore and will stay here again if we come back.

The front desk staff was great. Biy the room was terrible and i feel disgusted by the stay. Number 1 was i woke up to my bathroom flooded by a pipe leak couldnt use bathroom at night or morning. Slept on one sidr of the bed and before i checked out decided to pull the otherside of sheets that i didnt sleep on yo check if i left anything behind. And found mint wrappers from a restaurant that didn't go to

Room was clean, staff was outstanding but we did not have any hot water for showers and check out was a bit chaotic. No staff helping people on Sunday to get their things out and keep elevator traffic controlled had to wait a very long time to get an elevator many opted to lug their heavy luggage down the stairs not sure what the issue was

Everything was fine. My only complaint was that we had to pay twice for parking because the tag they gave us at check-in (and put on our bill) didn't let us out of the garage, so we had to pay again at the exit.

NEVER AGAIN

It is shameful that they have thr Marriott name attached to this place. If you want the feel of a sleezy truck stop stay this is the place for you. Hot water wasn't working, stains on linens, shower head was disgusting, ceiling peeling, wall paper peeling off walls, analog TV, no fridge in the room, homeless people roaming the property begging for money. The list goes on. The only decent part of this trash hotel was leaving it!
