I requested for refund and I was told to get in touch with Expedia. Please refund all my money. Ramsey okayed it at the facility but because I booked through you, I need the full refund. I checked in and then left only to find people smoking weed outside the facility, elevator and room was weed smelling, chewing gum stuck on the brown draping from the bed, toilet paper holder broken, hair in the sink

They put 100 on your card for ???? But the room was disgusting. Stopper in sink was closed, faucet was not screwed in, toilet roll hanger was broken, there was water damage from the shower because the curtain would not stay closed. So i am not sure what they are looking for to refund my $100!!!!

The pull out bed was very badly stained. We had asked for it to be made before we got in at 1am and it wasnt. There were no clean linens in the room for the pull out so i was given a key to an empty room and took the linens off of one of those beds and made the bed that way.

My boys saw roaches. One of the elevators roof was collapsing and the other had the wall pulled up. I man at the front kept looking at my son's weirdly and behaved as if scared.

We were in this room for 12 minutes. Before walking in my grandson got to witness a drug deal in the parking lot. It's Baltimore so ok, move along. Check in was fine as I had a reservation. Step off the elevator and the smell of marijuana hits you immediately. Then walking along the hallway noticed that many of the rooms had the doors open with the security latch keeping them ajar. It was late so after entering the room took my grandson in the bathroom to clean up and the bathtub was dirty. And that's to say nothing about the mold all around it. So on to brush his teeth and a bug runs out of the drain. Gross but could be a water bug, so let it go. Until I went to plug in my phone and a roach crawled out from under the nightstand. At the same time, he pulled back the blankets on the bed to find hair, not just a hair but several clumps. Pulled back the other bed to a yellow smear stain. That was the last straw. Gather our bag and went back to the desk to find another couple complaining about roaches in their room. I told the person we were not staying and he didn't even ask why. Just took our key card, handed me a paper and said contact my booking company about a refund. Now fighting with them trying to get a refund because my booking company can't get manager approval to refund my money. Horrible experience!

The room were dirty and paint left in the bathtub all over the floor wall were plastered no paint carpet was dirty,Bathroom sink did not drain, the bathroom door to the shower was broken,no blow dryer in the bathroom front desk told us we had to wait until 9am to get one.Building smelled hallway floors and elevator was dirty.We saw roaches in the hallway and in room bathroom.Room over all looked unfinished and dirty.

Worst stay ever!
Terrible stay. I lot of the fixtures were barely holding on. There were two places on the carpet that looked like blood stains, worst of all I was awakened to A ROACH crawling up my arm in the middle of the night. NEVER AGAIN!

Needs alot of work
The whole bldg and rooms need alot of repairs. Molding have gaps showing the old decayed drywall. The lanolian looks like a trap door in the floor. Bathroom showers need updating. Vestabule has decayed columns and full of bugs. The clerk at check in was Excellent and the Older morning driver was very good customer service. Kids were playing in the lobby and unattended out in thee parking lot running thru the cars. No blankets just 2 thin sheets

I don’t usually do reviews, but I had to review on this one. This is a never do again hotel. It was DIRTY, sink faucet coming out, toilet paper holder coming out of wall, marijuana smoking throughout the building just to name few things. The front desk staff was nonexistent verbally. You get breakfast tickets for a breakfast that is very bare. I think it’s ticket based to make sure people from outside the hotel aren’t able to come in. The area the hotel is located is a bit sketchy. Anytime I ran into other customers they expressed they would never be back. One lady had switched rooms due to roaches and her second room had no cable for her tv. The ice maker is on the 4th floor and someone had spilt their bucket of ice, leaving a huge puddle. The front desk was told and only replied with “I know”. So if you plan to stay here, you’ve been warned.

I had to literally run out and get bug spray ! Roaches everywhere ! Dead roaches by the tv and sink then live roaches in the curtains. The tv didn’t work when we got there. Water was halfway filled in tub when me and my daughter checked in. The front desk respond quickly about the remote but ignored the roach complaint. I ran to a nearby 711 for raid! The breakfast room looks like a jail visiting room. We was given 1 ticket for free breakfast I gave it away when I seen the area to another guest with children. I am very concerned on infestation. There was shelf hanging half out the wall this place need a major redo and exterminator asap! It’s not by bwi either it’s also misleading. The microwave in the room was filthy and also the weed smell throughout the property was disturbing as well. The best area and misleading is the lobby. The elevator had urine smell each time we used it. Kids ran through the hallways all night until 2 am. Checkers food was left in hallway for 24 hours if not longer! The by far worse place I ever traveled and used and I travel frequently for family and business. Do not come here !

Tried to give a 2nd shot
I stayed once before, and wanted to give them another chance. My first stay, the towels and sheets were stained. This time I stayed the night stay after a flight to BWI. There was a roach leg on the sink counter, the bed was sunken in and not comfy at all. I woke up to a roach the towel I had used the night before for a shower. I will not be staying here again
