This is not our first stay and still as wonderful as before. Staffs were friendly and attentive to your needs. Location is amazing. Parking was very convenient and breakfast was just delicious and spoilt for choice. First choice when staying in that vicinity.

The Royal Plaza on Scott’s Rd is a lovely hotel and in a great location within easy walking distance to the main shopping area on Orchard Rd. The room is very luxurious with bottles of water, juices, various teas & coffee sachets also provided daily. The shower is a large size offerìng a normal shower head or a rain shower head. The buffet breakfast range is superb catering for all tastes which we thoroughly enjoyed. As we had a night flight out of Singapore on our last day, we requested a later checkout of which they allowed us to check out at 2.00pm which was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the staff in all areas of the hotel who are very nice & to the cleaning staff who cleaned our room so well as all the staff went above & beyond in making our 4 night stay here excellent as our previous 2 stays here have been.

It is not the first time that we stayed at this hotel before its renovation. Overall, the room is clean and the bed is very comfy. However, the room is smaller than we used to have before reno, which is a bit disappointing. But we want to express our gratitude to James to let us check out at 2.00 pm without any extra charges which allowed us to refresh ourselves before heading to the airport.

The hotel staff are all nice. The room is big. I asked for a room with nice view but we were given a room with a blocked view and all we see are walls of buildings. The description of the room was also misleading. The description says I was booking a room with two twin beds. When I checked in, the reception said the rooms have only two single beds. Since we were three staying in the room, me and my husband cannot fit in one single bed. I was forced to upgrade our room and I end up paying more than what I reserved for. The hotel did not provide us face towels. When I asked, housekeeping said they don’t have them.
