Check-in was fine but it was downhill from there. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom which was tiny and dirty. Even some was cloths were still hanging in the bathroom. Never again!

It is a terrible hotel. Dirty sheets, broken iron boards, broken lamps, moldy smell, dirty carpets I. The hallway and rooms. All round a Terrible experience. Never again!

Our room was okay, we usually stay at another location, but they were booked. I was surprised to see that we had to request kitchen products such as a coffee pot and since we checker in late, we were unable to do that. TV remote didn’t work, tub was completely backed up and the floors were not the cleanest, hair etc. Overall our stay was okay.

The staff wasn't very helpful responding to any queries. The room was very dirty, bathroom wasn't clean, none of the lights were working. Extremely disappointing experience.

Big hotel room was nice. But otherwise not good experience. Old furniture. Couch had stains. TV remote didn’t work. Bathroom outdated and too small. No bureau for clothes. Awful breakfast. The muffins were way too small and no other options offered. Compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at this is unfortunately among the worst. Checkout was terrible. No service for 20mins. I just ended up leaving and hoping my checkout would process smoothly. Sorry but def won’t be back. Much improvement needed.

Let me say that first of all, the staff is excellent. They met all my requests with alacrity and professionalism. However, the property itself is in need of renovation. The shower in my room had cracks in it, with a couple of rusty-looking holes in the bottom. It was also a rather unpleasant U shape in the bottom (not flat). There was no seating other than the couch (no chair by the table), and smelled a little musty. They do allow pets which is the main reason I chose the hotel, and my cats were fine there; I had no issues leaving them by themselves all day.

The room I had was poorly kept. The bathtub had a large rust stain, there was visible mold on the walls in the bathroom, the bed had a dip in it like it was an old mattress. The bathroom was poorly lit and the room overall was duty not very clean. I would not reccommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff was very nice, but the room was unsatisfactory.
