Our room was not cleaned, cleaning staff was in the Hall way when i dumped the garbage from my room.we where there for 3 days, I work in a New York City school and garbage bin liners are changing every day and for a hotel not to so that. Over all the staff at the front desk, the breakfast staff was great nice and welcoming .

It was ok the bed was way too firm. And the breakfast was just ok. The service personnel were hovering around the food at 8:45 and I was told when I checked in that breakfast was served until 10:00. But they only served breakfast until 9:00 am

Property was nice. I was charged twice from booking website and the hotel. It was hard to get my refund back, but they did take care of it. Font desk clerk was unhelpful and didn't want to take the time to look into it.

great stay at Fairfield
the room was great and comfy. the fridge froze everything and i saw no temp control settings, and the a/c ran warm and never changed temperature when we changed it. I mentioned it to front desk for them to have someone look at it. otherwise, ALL was great. good breakfast in the morning too.

if your looking for a nice hot shower and great water pressure.... this is NOT your hotel. Also, the thermostat in the room is SO bright that i tried covering it with post it notes and a wash cloth just to get the room dark because there no dimmer option. The hot breakfast was great, lots of choices.
