Great breakfast, kind and helpful staff. My room not the best, clogged sink in the bathroom but overall clean so that was nice. Homeless people around the hotel made me feel unsafe at times.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. We found it to very convenient. The inner harbour was only a short walk away. Although I was a little disappointed. I understand not changing the beds daily. I would have thought the room would have been made up and garbage collected daily.

The property is beautiful. The services were great. However the pool was out of service and the company did not post that issue on their website. The pool was one of the main reasons for picking this location. Also the guy that work the front desk has no sense of safety. He popped the door open and allowed entry to a guy with bloody hands. The guy wasn't a guest nor was he with a guest. He just rang the bell and the guy working the front desk just popped the door open 11:30 at night with no questions asked. I knew right then we weren't safe there. This was my second stay here but after seeing that I don't think it'll be another one.
