First of all, we got to our room and there was a poopy clogged toilet after 8 hours on the road we had to use the bathroom and couldn’t so we left and notified the front desk of what happened they said it would be dealt with, when we came back in 3 hours it was still clogged and had poop in it we called down and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to pick up they said maintenance had left for the day but they left us a plunger! Thank god! Plunging someone else’s poop is so great! Later that evening couldn’t shower couldn’t get water because maintenance shut the water off when they left so that was another GREAT thing… the halls of the building smelled like marijuana and there were very unsavoury characters around the floors. I will never return to Baltimore nor this hotel in particular. Breakfast was okay however the French toast they serve is beyond beyond beyond good! Pool is freezing cold

NEVER AGAIN!
I will never stay at this hotel again. The water was turned off from midnight to 6 AM. I was not notified this upon check-in. I found out when I tried to use the bathroom and could not flush the toilet nor could I wash my hands, the phone in the room did not work to call the front desk so I had to use my cell phone. The front desk said they’re working on it completely unacceptable horrible experience for my son and I. I have a video but they will only allow me to show pictures . Very upsetting

Nice hotel, clean room, very good breakfast and very clean area with good food, but the elevators vere terrible. I had room #410 and the buttons up and down didn't work. I had to wait forever when it stops on the 4th floor plus it was only one working elevator out of two. Terrible.

I thought the location was in a good proximity of stores, restaurants, gas statations etc. However, there was a lot of riff raft around the property. Young people outside smoking marajuana. There was an attempted car jacking the weekend I was going to stay and theft of someone's wallet. I requested a refund and to leave because I felt unsafe at the property, not only on the outside beside inside as well, becasue of some of the clientele

Do not stay at Hyatt place in Owings Mills, MD.
This hotel I would not recommend to anyone. The staff is inexperienced and when they don’t know how to do things they lie. This trip I have stayed at three other hotels through Hotel.com. The stays were wonderful.

Unfortunate bad experience. Asked for 7am wake up call and got call at 5am, 5.05am 5.10am and 5.15am. Could not get back to sleep, big bummer

I initially was given a room that I did not request…a paid for a king, they put me in a room with two double beds. Once I got settled in the correct room, I called down to the front desk later that evening to request an extra blanket. The blanket was never delivered. At breakfast the next morning, the food choices were not good…over cooked sausage, eggs and waffles left out uncovered, water dispenser empty, terrible coffee. The positives are the room set up with the living room space separate from the sleeping area. The TV swivels so that you can view it in either room. The bed was extremely comfortable…would have been nice to have extra pillows. The walk-in shower was a good size, although the toilet area was small. I did like the sink and vanity separate from the toilet/shower space.
