The beds were comfy. The bathroom was a good size. But, the place itself was in a pretty sketchy part of downtown. Do your research.

This hotel is not in a good area. All night we could hear people yelling and music playing from cars in the street. At 7am the Church across the street rings their bells. Our bathroom door did not have a way to actually close it. The breakfast options could also be better. Staff is really nice though.

Homeless in front of establishment and in hotel. Bedding mattress covers on beds soiled . Bathroom door lock broken. No water pressure in the shower . I was booked for two nights but I checked out the next morning instead. I wouldn’t recommend.

It wasnt great. From check in to the room, everything was just average. Pillows were ridiculously small and were more for a couch than a bed. Breakfast wasnt anything I'd wake up for again, very minimal selections. Stay elsewhere if you need a place in Downtown Baltimore

The placed smelled of weed. There were no bath size towels I had to use a hand towel to dry myself after a shower. its also in a bad neighborhood!

The hotel was in a very sketchy part of town, and we didn't feel safe walking in the area. The only parking available was either on the street if you could find a spot but really didn't feel like the car would be there in the morning or a parking garage at the end of the block, thankfully the gentleman who ran the garage was an absolute pleasure. The hotel room itself looked like an incomplete reno job. The other guests were in the hallways yelling and being disruptive till 2am.

The gentleman who checked me in 8/8/24 was very kind and I received a decent room #201 but friday evening 8/9/24, I was somehow locked out of building. I made it in and to my room only to discover my rm door wouldn't lock. I was moved to #701, the deadbolt on that door didn't lock, the water pressure was low and whoever was next to me slammed their door all night. Saturday night was much of the same except this time it was children bouncing off the walls. Needless to say, I checked out Sunday 8/11/24 completely exhausted.

The hotel is pretty cool and clean staff are exceptionally great from receptionist to houseekeeping and even the cleaner.But on the outside the surrounding area is real bad qits dirty and a lot of junkies walking up and down the street..The hotel does keep its guest safe by using security doors which can only be opened by your room keys.so that unwanted people do not enter

Immediately walking into our room we were hit with 80 degree temperatures. The ac was off, two of the windows were open and the fan in the bathroom had been taken out. We turned the ac on and when it didnt do much, we noticed a black paper towel caught inside it. We removed that and noticed what looked like mold on the inside of the ac unit. We then noticed stains on the sheets and the lampshades? The wall was torn up, it had looked like someone had tried to break down our door before. You could see through the side crack into the hallway. The bathroom vent was rusty and the walls were marked up. The man at the front who checked us in was nice but that was the only redeeming thing about our stay.

The staff was very friendly however the room was a bit outdated. The shower in my room was broken but we made it work. There were a ton of gnats. It was really noisy but other than that it was ok for what I needed it for.
