Don’t waste your time
It’s needs so much updating. Our toilet seat had a hug crack in it so every time you sat in it it pinched you. The curtains were dirty. The tub was very old and worn. The carpet was not clean at all. The drawer in the room kept opening it would never stay closed. The fridge was cold but the freezer part was not really a freezer. The AC was literally falling off the wall. The room had a weird smell. The shower you can tell they are caulking over mildew. Definitely will never stay again. The bed was decent as far as comfortable but the pillows are tiny. No signage for housekeeping not to enter just had to tell them every morning. I asked for clean sheets because we had been there for days and I missed housekeeping and they told me no I even said I would make my own bed. The mattress was dirty and stained underneath the sheets. Some staff were very friendly. Just overall not a good experience.

The staff at Sleep Inn Jessup was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. The beds and room interiors were a bit worn, but quiet and well cleaned. Easy access to BWI and surrounding businesses was also a property plus.

Great stay
Great stay definitely one of the cleaner and nicer places in the area. Location is within 10mins from all sorts of shopping and restaurants. Room was clean staff was great. Breakfast was a let down. They didnt refill anything after it was gone so you have to get to breakfast early if you want to eat. Other than that its a good hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. Didnt have any issues. The cleaning ladies are super friendly and helpful i have no complaints.

Decent priced stay, friendly staff!
Decent rooms, friendly check in, beds are not very comfortable for me but I am not a fan of hard beds. Older feeling plenty of dings, and chipped away places with outdated AC and tv but they both work. The microwave does not work well but the fridge does. All in all, not for the picky travelers but it was okay. The price is good for the area.

It was a fair value. Appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room. Also, sincerely appreciated that the exhaust fan was not connected to the bathroom light. Made it easier on my ASD/sensory processing disorder son.
