The front desk manager Chris is a wonderful human being. I was going through personal trauma and lost control of my emotions at check in. Only comment I would make is that for such an excellent (and not cheap) hotel the breakfast is definitely sub-par with no eggs, only green bananas, toaster with only two slots, no orange juice, ...something that can be easily improved. This felt like a Super-8 motel type of breakfast. Very disappointing.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was amazing, they were helpful with answering any questions I had and made sure I had a great time. The rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable as well. It was an overall great experience! Perfectly located in downtown Baltimore, I will be back!
