Booked about 30 minutes before I checked in (airline failure), and the staff were very welcoming. Despite this being an airport hotel I didn’t hear a single landing or takeoff all night. Good sized room with a big toilet and bathroom. This will definitely be my hotel of choice the next time I need a bed near Auckland Airport.

The outdoor area was very pleasant. The pond and plants were beautiful. The pool was lovely too but would have been better if it was heated.

Staff were lovely don't get me wrong, we requested a plug for the bath a number of times only once did a plug come but it was for a sink so didnt fit. It was safe to say no bath was taken
