Not perfect but very nice and comfortable
It did not appear when I checked in that they kept track of my previous visits, some of the staff however greeted me and were very welcoming and remembered me from the 5 weeks last year. This is a great spot to visit and golf. Pool is always clean and breakfast very tasty.

Not as good as it used to be
Not as good as it used to be unfortunately. Staff is very friendly and polite and facilities are fantastic. Perhaps management and staff have changed as there are a lot of issues that could be addressed and hopefully will be. Check in and check out was very slow, the key card to the room did not work, the hot water did not work 2 days in a row (they did fix it but still a bit of a hassle), the balcony door lock was broken so the room was not secure, they do not offer early morning transpo options and the once gold standard of buffet breakfasts, was a mere shadow of its former self. There used to be several protein entrees and now it is more vegetarian and seafood oriented. The omelets were great and there was a decent selection of salad items and fruit, but everything was not in the immaculate shape it was even a year ago. Hopefully it does not continue to deteriorate. I have been coming to Thana City for years and disappointed to see the changes. The golf course is immaculate, fantastic to play. However, course management leaves a lot to be desired. They will let people make tee times when there is no way you will tee off on time or even be able to finish your round. When you make a tee time, be sure to check if it is crowded before your tee time and do not play on days they have functions. Be sure to ask as about that as well because they do not tell you when you book. Thana is still a favorite place to go, but the rating is more of a 7 or 8 than a 10 nowadays.

This hotel property is beautiful and it is secluded. It is also great for those who love golf and love quiet areas. It is family friendly. The staff and service was awesome. Our eight year old plays golf. The caddies were excellent. The breakfast is good and is open until 11 am, so it is okay to sleep in.

The hotel was very spread out, so you either needed to walk a bit or request a golf buggy. The beds in the room were horrible, felt like concrete. The staff at check in seemed to rush through, not allowing for any questions we had and seemingly wanted to get rid of us. We booked for the proximity to the airport and for the airport shuttle, we wouldn’t have done this had we realised the shuttles very limited times of departure. The hotel is also not as close to the airport as it seems, there is definitely closer. If you want to wander off the resort, you’re probably best off getting a taxi as it’s quite a walk. The food at the splash restaurant by the pool was nice. It’s worth noting the menu online is not up to date, they did however go off menu for us.

It’s on a golf course and not close to anything. We took a Grab to leave as only option for food is the resort. Booked as thought it was closer to the airport but it’s not. Pool is wonderful but should be better accessible to the rooms. If you’re going there for golfing then it’s perfect.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. However, I dislike that I can't just walked out the property and explored. It was just too gated and you NEED and transportation to get in and out. Their massage was amazing!

Nice big pool. Good breakfast and well equipped fitness facility. However I couldn't get the wifi to work in my room for the entire stay. I complained to the staff about it several times and they never fixed it. Also App they have is kind of slow/buggy. Also no self use laundry facilities.

This is a beautiful property. Our family plays golf and this is a beautiful course. Our daughter had the best time playing golf. I recommend getting caddies. They were so amazing and patient with my family.

Just stayed one night before our flight home as the Thana was close the airport. It was perfect as there was lots to do as we completed our trip in Thailand- great pool , gym , massage available, golf restaurants and a helpful staff as we needed to leave at 4am - they arranged breakfast to go and transfer to the airport at that time. Not much around the facility and far from downtown Bangkok if you need those options.
