Decent hotel, but a bit outdated
It is not that long ago since this was a new hotel, but time catches up... There seems to be things not functioning so well. Light for the bathroom mirror did not work (a bit tricky to shave), light in the wardrobe did not work. There are no bed light, so you need to get up to turn off the light. Small things, but somehow irritating. Breakfast is basic. The rooms are spacious, and there is a small table and sofa in the room. The bed is nice. Top floor has sauna and pool. The location is great, with close walking distance to restaurants, shops and Sky Train.

Poor lighting, very difficult to do basic things like applying makeup and shaving. curtains were broken so we could not even close them. poor wifi which kept on disconnecting. Very dissapointed. Staff annoyed us at night, knocking on our door thinking we were arguing when were not. Never using this hotel chain again. Balcony had no table or chairs. Tv system is from like 20 years ago, no smart tv. No microwave either. Toilet didnt flush properly after use, had to flush a few times to make the toilet clean.

At check-in, the staff who helped me were just given a key, no explanation of the facilities and no smile. The room was spacious, but there was no explanation of the very noisy construction going on next door. I had my room changed but it was dusty, there were coffee stains from the previous occupant on the shelves and the TV was not set to any programmes and showed nothing. I regret very much that I booked consecutive nights in such a hotel.

The plot next to the hotel is a building site with heavy machinery working all day from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. Very noisy and smelling of diesel. There was no indication of this when we booked. Our balcony overlooked the construcion site and was unusable. Also the internet did not work in our rooms. I complained and was told someone would look into it. One bar reception and dropping out all the time. This was never resolved. Avoid this hotel. At least the cleaners did a good job.
