They do need to increase their signage off the road as my taxi drove straight past it, their restaurant sign for the Thyme restaurant was more noticeable which confused us. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned well. Breakfasts were very relaxed and yummy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor. Overall it was a base to roam from and to sleep in. It achieved this and was very comfortable.

Myself and my 10 year old daughter loved this hotel. Quiet and safe location. Excellent service from staff, clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fresh buffet breakfast every morning, conveniently located -close to the high street/train/taxi etc. Would highly recommend.

Yet another wonderful stay at this place. Even when it was my second time here, Yoko, the front desk staff recognised me immediately and was as helpful as could be. The breakfast was again, though limited, was fresh and delicious. I just wish the butter was pure butter and not blended butter (just my preference 😅) I recommend the Korean BBQ place next door (Jin Seng). Very delicious, value for money and only a short walk away. Definitely will stay here again if I have business around this area.

Nice sized room, clean, and conveniently located. The hotel smells of stale cigarette but the room was fine. I did ask for non-smoking room. Staff was extremely nice. Just a few things that was off was the bed sheet (flat sheet) had a tear, and we had to ask for tissues both roll and box. I guess maid service needs a little attention. But overall I did enjoy my stay.

Got upgraded to executive room due to superior room was over booked. It felt like the room was cleaned last minute and cleaner forgot to leave 2 bottlea of water in the room also wash basin was not entirely clean. I saw body hair by the batheroom basin.

Great property, friendly helpful staff, room was excellent, very spacious, good bed and shower facilities. Soi 15 not too busy and close to restaurants and shopping areas. Bar areas are within walking distance. All and all fantastic property, would recommend if you want to be just out the busy loud areas, but close enough to walk to them.
