I was in executive floor. The staff r friendly but not v professional. First they left out my passport n i hv to call them to return to me. I asked if there is any drink i can hv right now but they seem dun understand. Then they showed me to the room but there is no minibar. They said if i want any softdrink i hv go bk to the lounge, which is 2 blocks away. Sigh...hving said that he did manage to bring for me. Thanks. They said luggage will be in ur room in 15mins...i was a bit shock y they r not in my room when i got the room key, given the luggages were left to them abt 8 hrs ago. OK fine. But no lugguage arrived after abt 30mins still. I hv to call to the front desk n asked for them. The staff told me he waa not informed by the executive floor staff. Honestly they shd be trained better. Executive floor with less trained staff.

Noise insulation is not good you can hear people in other rooms coughing, sneezing etc Property seems old & jaded, my fridge hadn't been cleaned out so I had last guests stuff in there, not very reassuring on cleanliness.

The location. We liked the chocolate hour concept. The food in the dining area was nice and breakfast was well managed. The pillows were stained, could do with new ones or for the actual pillows to be washed. The towels need replacing as some had holes in them.

Highs and lows
It had its highs and lows. It is actually hard to give a fair review because the thing that where good, where awesome, but the things that where bad was so significant that it pulls everything else down. We stayed for 4 nights and had so much trouble with the air conditioning. Everything was moist or damp in the room. We tried to get help but it didn’t work. However the staff was amazing, the pool was amazing and the chocolate hour was amazing. But the room was no great.

We stayed at this property on recommendation and had high expectations but for the brand, it fell short. The staff were amazing and always so helpful which was fantastic. I do feel the rooms and general feel was a bit dated and is in need of a refresh, definitely where our room waa located. We were a family of 4 and had to continually ask for 4 towels after each turndown, i found it strange it was known after the 2nd day. Breakfast was ok, again service staff was great. Pool, rooftop bar, gym all were good. Location wise, its good but down off the main road so bit walk but got used to it.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the malls and night activities, they even have free tuktuk service. However, property is old already and even their towels are not in good condition. I will not suggest this hotel if you’re looking for something to relax in as well. They have little varieties of breakfast.

A good base for touring BKK.
This hotel is located in the middle of Asoke and Nana BTS station which made is very accessible to get around. The hotel also offers shuttle to Terminal21 which is about 5 to 10mins away (depending on traffic). There is also a free choc buffet for guests in the afternoon. Room was very comfortable but the pillows could be firmer. House keeping often left out towels or floor mats but was easily rectified with a call to front desk. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
