Dated hotel that needs a facelift. Staff were great. Two hotels (regular and suites), six elevators in total, three were out of service which is inexcusable.

Frankly everything was fine, staff was great. The AC in my room dripped all night one of the nights. They came to fix it, but couldnt, they had a new room for me next day. Breakfast was complete, Bathroom if secobd room seemed like it needed to be scrubbed. Bathroom of first room was OK

Good for the price point and location
Elevators broke down 10 minute wait times. Dryer blew my hair trimmers blew as soon as I turned them on. Other than that which I hope was situational the hotel is very nice. Staff are courteous and the overall place was clean. I would stay there again if those problems were fixed

Your elevator system is probably the worst I have ever experienced in a modern hotel. The wait for an elevator every time was much too long. You need to pay a little bit of money and upgrade it

Staff was so welcoming and friendly and so helpful! Always at your service! Huge lobby, but it smelled like urine, recommend using better cleaning products, especially for the lobby, although it was kept clean at all times, there was a lingering urine smell. The 1st room we were placed in had tiny little bugs on the new sheets, and it smelled old and musty, requested for a different room and thungs were fine. However, my family's room was infested with roaches, saw a couple every night in their room, but thats expected in Thailand and with all the millions of travelers in and out. They had a nice rooftop pool, but i personally didnt utilize it. Gym is small, but cool. We were told we could not eat/drink in the lobby which was not cool. That rule should change..overall it is conveniently located and walkable to lots of areas, make sure you make a stop at Emsphere mall/center! Thanks again Kevin and Bomp and thr gang for an enjoyable time!
