Pleasant with some issues.
A good place to stay if your plans include visiting Buddist Temples due to close proximity to several important Wats. Was generally an okay stay but a few things were sub-optimal. Not quite close enough to Khaosan Rad district on foot. Room was a bit cramped, for example, bashed my forehead on the air conditioner getting out of bed. Bathroom sink had no storage space for toileteries. TV stations had only limited news broadcasts on English-speaking channels, and no English-speaking movie channel. Hotel would not supply a 2nd room card, so you come back to a hot room as air conditioner turns off when you take the room pass card.

This is a great place. Its a couple vlocks from the main tourist strip. Everyone was nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Spacious and clean room overlooking the temple. There was a karaoke bar playing nearby, but this piped down around midnight. Staff were helpful and the hotel is within easy reach of many tourist hotspots.

This is an ideal hotel just outside the busy areas such as Khaosan and other well known spots to the centre of Bangkok. Very reasonably priced for where it is and the staff were very polite. Breakfast had choice of European and Thai for all tastes too.

We stayed 2 nights in April 2023. Large and very clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom clean and good shower.
